  10.     crouched near an unconscious patient. She sees Kirby 
  11.     and Jake, now in scrubs, ENTER in b.g.
  12.  
  13.                     NURSE
  14.             Over here --

  16.     They head toward the patient she indicated. The Nurse 
  17.     moves off, passing Bashir and Kalandra who're 
  18.     at another patient's side.
  19.  
  20.                     BASHIR 
  21.             I want to try an aortal graft.
  22.  
  23.                     KALANDRA 
  24.             All right, there's an extra 
  25.             surgical table in the back.
  26.  
  27.     Another Nurse moves past, taking us to --

  29. 15B   JAKE AND KIRBY

  31.     as they prepare to get the patient on their 
  32.     stretcher... Jake sees his pale skin and realizes --

  34.                     JAKE
  35.                 (recoiling)
  36.             He's dead...

  39.                 (nods grimly) 
  40.             Come on... let's get him out of

  43.     Jake swallows back his reaction, crouches to help Kirby 
  44.     move the patient...
