  12.     Kilana circles Sisko a bit.

  15.             So let me "cut to the chase" -- I 
  16.             believe that is the correct 
  17.             expression. This is our ship. We 
  18.             want it back.

  20.                     SISKO
  21.             It was your ship. Now it's mine.

  23.     Kilana is taken aback -- she appears completely 
  24.     surprised by Sisko's attitude.

  27.             Captain, I'm a little 
  28.             disappointed. That's the attitude 
  29.             of a thief -- not a Starfleet 
  30.             captain with a reputation for 
  31.             integrity.
  32.                 (re: the ship)
  33.             This is clearly our property. 
  34.             What gives you any claim to it?

  37.             A very old legal tradition... 
  38.             salvage rights. We found a 
  39.             wrecked ship with a dead crew. 
  40.             And we found it first.

  42.     Kilana studies her opponent -- is he serious? Is that 
  43.     his position?

  45.                     KILANA
  46.             A very interesting position...
  47.                 (the ultimate diplomat)
  48.             But I'm afraid the Dominion 
  49.             doesn't recognize that... 
  50.             tradition.

  58.     long beat. She smiles ruefully.

  62.             Captain? Or maybe something to 
  63.             drink? This planet is so 
  64.             unpleasantly hot.
