  9.             will be confiscated and sold to
  10.             the lowest bidder... your mother
  11.             will be forced to live in the
  12.             streets, begging for scraps of
  13.             food... and of course, no Ferengi
  14.             will do business with you, or even
  15.             talk to you. You'll be cut off
  16.             from all contact with your own
  17.             people.

  19.                     QUARK
  20.             But I like Ferengi. I feel
  21.             comfortable around them.
  22.  
  23.                     BRUNT
  24.             Well we don't feel comfortable
  25.             around you. You're a disease, Quark,
  26.             a festering tumor on the lobes of
  27.             Ferengi society. And it's my job
  28.             to cut you off.
  29.  
  30.     The prospect of being surrounded only by non-Ferengis
  31.     is a frightening thought to Quark... more frightening
  32.     than death. Quark sits, depressed. Brunt flashes him
  33.     one last grin, then EXITS, leaving Quark to ponder his
  34.     situation.

  36. 19   INT. O'BRIENS' QUARTERS
  37.  
  38.     Emerging from the bedroom door, Keiko is holding onto
  39.     O'Brien's arm as they walk toward the couch. Keiko is
  40.     recuperating well, but she is still a bit delicate.
  41.  
  42.                     O'BRIEN
  43.             That's it... one step at a time.
  44.  
  45.     As they get a few steps from the sofa --
  46.  
  47.                     O'BRIEN
  48.             We're almost there. Prepare for
  49.             docking. Thrusters back to half.

  51.     O'Brien gently turns Keiko slowly, then gently eases
  52.     her down into a sitting position.
