  18.     Bashir, in the background, talks to a woman sitting in 
  19.     front of her shanty. She has RED welts on her face, 
  20.     and Bashir is asking her if she's willing to let him 
  21.     study her. She shakes her head "no," and Bashir moves to 
  22.     join the others.

  24.                     BASHIR
  25.             She's not interested either.

  27.                     EKORIA 
  28.             I don't understand why you need 
  29.             people who've quickened to make 
  30.             your cure.

  32.                     BASHIR
  33.                 (as they continue on)

  37.     Bashir bumps into someone heading the other direction, 
  38.     turns to apologize...

  44.     He realizes it's Epran, the young man from the Teaser, 
  45.     except he's quickened -- his welts have gone RED. 
  46.     Epran recognizes our people, studies them appraisingly 
  47.     for a beat. He's a man tempered by hardship, with a 
  48.     bitter wit.
