  6.     The Xhosa is docking at the station.

  8. 49   INT. CARGO BAY/AIRLOCK
  9.  
  10.     Sisko is standing alone in the empty cargo bay as the
  11.     airlock door OPENS and Kasidy ENTERS. The two of them 
  12.     look at each other for a long moment, a deep gulf 
  13.     between them for the first time.
  14.  
  15.                     SISKO
  16.             Just you?
  17.  
  18.                     KASIDY
  19.             I dropped my crew off at a Maquis 
  20.             base. I had to come back... but 
  21.             I didn't see any reason to drag 
  22.             them here just to face a prison 
  23.             sentence.
  24.  
  25.                     SISKO
  26.             You didn't have to come back 
  27.             either.
  28.  
  29.                     KASIDY
  30.             Yes, I did. And I think we both 
  31.             know that's why you left us alone 
  32.             out there... to see if I would. 
  33.                 (beat)
  34.             I'm not going to stand here and
  35.             apologize for what I did. You had 
  36.             your duty, I had mine.

  38.                     SISKO
  39.             I still have my duty.

  41.                     KASIDY
  42.             I know. And I know I'm probably 
  43.             going to prison... but I came back 
  44.             because of us... because despite 
  45.             all that's happened... I still 
  46.             love you, Ben. I don't want to 
  47.             throw that away. 
  48.                 (beat)
  49.             Do you?

  51.     Sisko looks at her for a long moment... he moves closer 
  52.     to her, looks into those eyes he loves so much and 
  53.     finally tells her what she wants to hear.
