  10.             I was supposed to meet a Maquis 
  11.             ship at these coordinates. I 
  12.             don't know anything about an 
  13.             attack on the station, and I doubt 
  14.             the Maquis would try.
  15.                 (beat)
  16.             I didn't know you were following 
  17.             me, but after... our last talk, I 
  18.             suspected you might be out there.

  20.     She holds his eyes for a moment, and there are volumes 
  21.     of things to say here, but this isn't the time or place.

  24.             If that's true, why didn't you 
  25.             abort the mission?

  28.             I was told that these medical 
  29.             supplies were urgently needed and 
  30.             that I had to be here, no matter 
  31.             what. I tried to tell them that 
  32.             I'd made too many runs in the past 
  33.             few days... that I was just asking 
  34.             to get caught. But they wouldn't 
  35.             listen.

  37.     Sisko is thinking quickly, trying to put it all 
  38.     together on his feet.

  41.             They knew you were going to be 
  42.             caught, that's why they didn't 
  43.             send a Maquis ship here to meet 
  44.             you...
  45.                 (beat, thinking)
  46.             Everything's been building to 
  47.             this... they needed to draw me 
  48.             away from the station. Why? If 
  49.             they're not planning an attack, 
  50.             what other reason could there be? 
  51.             What could be happening on the 
  52.             station?
