  14.             Well, at least we're not dealing 
  15.             with weapons. It sounds like 
  16.             she's only providing --

  18.     Sisko quietly, but firmly cuts off Dax's attempt to 
  19.     make him feel better.

  21.                     SISKO
  22.                 (quiet)
  23.             Where is the Xhosa now?
  24.  
  25.                     WORF
  26.             Captain Yates is on her way back 
  27.             to the station. She should arrive 
  28.             at nineteen hundred hours.

  30.     A long quiet moment.

  33.                     SISKO
  34.             Thank you. Dismissed.

  36.     Everyone gets up and heads for the door. Dax hesitates 
  37.     on the threshold, decides to hang back.
  38.  
  39.                     SISKO
  40.                 (without looking)
  41.             Dismissed, old man.
  42.  
  43.     Dax decides not to push him. Sisko stares at the 
  44.     monitor for a long time, then grabs a cup off the table 
  45.     in front of him and SMASHES it on the table in a brief 
  46.     violent moment of rage.

  48.                                     CUT TO:
  49.  
  50. 28   INT. SISKO'S QUARTERS 
  51.  
  52.     Sisko is standing in his quarters, looking out the 
  53.     window when the door CHIMES. He knows who it is and he 
  54.     takes a moment to pull himself together for this 
  55.     encounter. The door CHIMES again.
