  14.     Sisko EXITS quickly. HOLD ON Kira, curious as to whom
  15.     the captain is in such a rush to see.

  17. 14   INT. SISKO'S QUARTERS

  19.     The captain hurriedly ENTERS, stops. The room's empty.
  20.  
  21.                     SISKO
  22.             Jake? Jennifer?
  23.  
  24.     Sisko checks the other rooms, they're not there.

  26.                     SISKO
  27.                 (to com)
  28.             Computer. Locate Jake Sisko.
  29.  
  30.                     COMPUTER VOICE
  31.             Jake Sisko is not on the station.

  33.     A puzzled Sisko notices an odd-looking (TECH) device
  34.     lying conspicuously on the table. He picks it up and
  35.     examines it; it's the (TECH) device Smiley used to
  36.     transport him and the captain in "Through the Looking
  37.     Glass."

  40. 15   INT. OPS (OPTICAL)

  42.     Sisko, O'BRIEN, Kira and DAX are gathered around the
  43.     Ops table. O'Brien is evaluating the (TECH) device
  44.     Jennifer left Sisko. He's opened a small panel on the
  45.     device and is poking its innards.

  47.                     O'BRIEN
  48.             You're sure this is what Smiley
  49.             used to transport you to the
  50.             alternate universe?
  51.  
  52.                     SISKO
  53.             Looks like it.

  56.             And you're convinced Jake's gone
