  17.             What for? All Telnorri ever does
  18.             is sit there and listen to me tell
  19.             stories about what it was like to
  20.             be in an Argrathi prison. How
  21.             often did they beat me? Was I
  22.             distressed by the lack of toilet
  23.             facilities?
  24.                 (cynical)
  25.             If you ask me, he's the one with
  26.             the problem.

  29.             You could talk to a different
  30.             counselor. Someone you might like
  31.             better.

  33.                     O'BRIEN
  34.                 (cutting him off)
  35.             Julian, I don't want to talk to a
  36.             counselor. All I want is to
  37.             forget what happened on Argratha
  38.             and get on with my life.

  40.     Which is the end of the discussion as far as O'Brien's 
  41.     concerned, but not for Bashir

  43.                     BASHIR
  44.             Just like that?

  46.                     O'BRIEN
  47.                 (getting angry)
  48.             That's right. Just like that. I
  49.             don't need counseling or
  50.             relaxation or time to adjust. I
  51.             just want to be left alone.

  53.     O'Brien grabs his toolkit and heads for the ladder.
  54.     Bashir makes one last attempt to reason with him.

  57.             I would think after being alone
  58.             for twenty years you'd want
  59.             someone to talk to.

  61.     That's the last straw for O'Brien. He turns on Bashir.
