  12.     surprise. Sisko picks up another PADD.

  17.             the names in front of you are
  18.             identical to the names on this
  19.             list... the people who were killed
  20.             in the Defiant incident.

  22.             So... what does this mean? Four
  23.             hundred and forty-one people
  24.             somehow survive a crash on Galorda
  25.             Prime... Then a few weeks later
  26.             they all decide to take another
  27.             trip... on the same day... on the
  28.             same transport ship... under the
  29.             same captain and crew... and then
  30.             that ship is destroyed, too.

  32.             This is a very unlucky group of
  33.             people, wouldn't you say?

  51.             entire affair was staged... so
  52.             that the only Klingon officer in
  53.             Starfleet would be accused of a
  54.             massacre... and the Federation
  55.             would be forced to stop escorting
  56.             the convoys?
