  9.     Sisko and Worf are about to enter the wardroom when
  10.     Sisko sees Odo a short distance away, waiting for him.
  11.     Sisko gestures for Worf to go on without him and then
  12.     moves to Odo as Worf EXITS to the wardroom.
  13.  
  14.                     SISKO
  15.                 (to Odo)
  16.             Good news or bad news?
  17.  
  18.                     ODO
  19.             Bad. I checked the backgrounds of
  20.             every passenger on the transport.
  21.             None had any connections to Worf,
  22.             or grudges against the Federation,
  23.             or any motive for seizing control
  24.             of the ship and attacking the
  25.             Defiant.
  26.  
  27.     Off Sisko's look of disappointment.
  28.  
  29.                     ODO
  30.             But I'm still not giving up.

  33.             I appreciate that. But I get the
  34.             feeling that the only one who can
  35.             help Worf at this point... is
  36.             Worf.

  38.     Sisko turns and heads for the wardroom. Off Odo's
  39.     thoughtful reaction...

  41. 60   INT. DEFIANT - BRIDGE - FLASHBACK

  43.     Worf walking the Bridge, checking consoles. Kira at
  44.     Tactical, O'Brien at the helm. This flashback is
  45.     before the battle took place. No sign of damage. The
  46.     ship is not at Red Alert. As Worf walks the Bridge, he
  47.     talks into the camera.

  50.             The escort mission had proceeded
  51.             smoothly for two days. We had
  52.             detected several subspace
  53.             distortions which might have been
  54.             cloaked ships, but there was
  55.             nothing definite.
