  9.     Rom has called a meeting of the union and all of
  10.     Quark's workers are present. They're all feeling
  11.     pretty good. The strike seems to be working.
  12.  
  13.                     FROOL
  14.                 (smug)
  15.             I hear Quark only had fourteen
  16.             customers all day.
  17.  
  18.                     LEETA
  19.                 (nods)
  20.             And he'll have even less tomorrow.
  21.             I've been talking to people all
  22.             over the station and support for
  23.             our cause is growing.
  24.  
  25.                     FROOL
  26.             Quark will have to settle. It's
  27.             either that or go out of business.
  28.  
  29.     Frool and Leeta are convinced they're winning, but
  30.     Grimp isn't so sure.
  31.  
  32.                     GRIMP
  33.             I don't know. Quark can be
  34.             awfully stubborn. I think he'd
  35.             rather lose the bar than give in
  36.             to us.

  38.                     ROM
  39.             Grimp, don't be such a pessimist.
  40.             Remember Rule of Acquisition two-
  41.             sixty-three: "Never allow doubt to
  42.             tarnish your lust for latinum."

  45.             Your brother can quote the Rules
  46.             of Acquisition, too. I think his
  47.             favorite is two-eleven, "Employees
  48.             are the rungs on the Ladder of
  49.             Success. Don't hesitate to step
  50.             on them."

  52.     But Rom is unfazed. He's sure the Union is going to
  53.     succeed.

  56.             My ex-brother wasn't quoting the
  57.             Rules of Acquisition when he came
  58.             to see me yesterday.
