  22.             Nine, you're nothing but a
  23.             bureaucrat, an administrator.

  26.             be a soldier again.

  28.     And for a moment, just one slight moment, the
  29.     possibility crosses Kira's mind. Dukat sees this and
  30.     thinks he's winning her over.
