  26.             Romulan fleet that the Dominion
  27.             destroyed in the Gamma Quadrant
  28.             was equipped with cloaking
  29.             devices. Who knows what my people
  30.             could've taken from the wreckage?

  37.             From what we can tell, the
  38.             changelings infected the system
  39.             with some kind of self-replicating
  40.             computer protocal. It jumped from
  41.             one power relay to the next,
  42.             disrupting every system it came in
  43.             contact with.

  46.             The only way to correct the
  47.             problem is to shut down the entire
  48.             grid, purge all the operating
  49.             systems, and restart the relays.
