  11.     Sisko's is an upscale restaurant, but you might not
  12.     realize that from a first glance. Though there are
  13.     tablecloths and fresh flowers on the tables, the
  14.     overall mood is homey and comfortable. There are
  15.     pictures of old-time baseball players on the walls and
  16.     a stuffed alligator hanging from the ceiling. Patrons,
  17.     humans with a sprinkling of aliens, are dressed
  18.     casually and the service is friendly and unpretentious.
  19.  
  20.     Joseph Sisko, who is circulating around the room, stops
  21.     to chat with one of the customers, who has just been
  22.     served a large trout in butter-lemon sauce.
  23.  
  24.                     JOSEPH
  25.             That is one beautiful fish. Seems
  26.             a shame to eat a trout that
  27.             pretty. Why, you should thank me
  28.             for the privilege of simply
  29.             looking at it.
  30.                 (a beat)
  31.             Well, go on, take a bite. It
  32.             won't bite back.
  33.                 (to all)
  34.             Now I don't want to see anyone
  35.             studying the dessert menu. If you
  36.             order anything but the bread
  37.             pudding souffle, you'll be making
  38.             a mistake you'll regret for the
  39.             rest of your lives.

  42.             You should listen to him. The man
  43.             knows his bread pudding.

  45.     Joseph turns and sees Sisko and Jake standing by the
  46.     front door. He smiles in delight.

  51.     Joseph and his son embrace. Joseph looks over at Jake
  52.     and gives him a bear hug as well.
