  13.             How can you tell?

  16.                 (indicating his ears)
  17.             I've got the lobes...

  19.     Hanok looks relieved... Quark decides the time is right 
  20.     to launch into another effort to try to salvage the 
  21.     deal.

  23.                     QUARK
  24.             You've got them, too.
  25.                 (off Hanok's look) 
  26.             It's a Ferengi expression. 
  27.             Usually, when we say someone has 
  28.             "the lobes," we mean they have a 
  29.             keen business sense. That's you.

  31.     Quark is laying it on thick, trying to flatter Hanok.

  34.             I'll admit it. You fooled me. 
  35.             I thought you were just another easy 
  36.             mark. But you saw right through 
  37.             my little scam, and taught me a 
  38.             thing or two about doing business 
  39.             in the Gamma Quadrant.

  41.     Quark sits down, shakes his head sadly as if humbled.

  44.             I guess I've gotten lazy. I'm 
  45.             used to dealing with the 
  46.             Federation. You think I was 
  47.             cheating you, you have no idea 
  48.             what I was doing to them. They 
  49.             still haven't caught on.

  51.     Hanok studies him, says nothing, waiting to see where 
  52.     Quark is going with this. After a beat, Quark gives 
  53.     him a sly look.
