  7.     wall, his shirt charred in the chest...

  12.     Jake rushes to his side, reaches and touches his arm...
  13.  
  14.                     OLD JAKE (V.O.) 
  15.             It wasn't until I actually touched 
  16.             him that I knew... this wasn't a 
  17.             dream...
  18.  
  19.     Sisko manages a small smile when he sees his son. As 
  20.     Jake takes his father's hand in his, squeezes it tight, 
  21.     we...
  22.  
  23.                                     CUT TO:
  24.  
  25. 26   INT. INFIRMARY (OPTICAL) (PRESENT)
  26.  
  27.     Sisko is on the biobed, Dax and Jake to one side of 
  28.     him. Bashir is scanning him with a tricorder, a look 
  29.     of concern on his features. O'Brien is at a nearby 
  30.     computer station. A nurse assists Bashir.
  31.  
  32.     As Old Jake's V.O. continues, we SEE BUT NOT HEAR Dax,
  33.     Bashir and O'Brien (TECHING) and talking urgently. 
  34.     Jake stands next to Sisko who, though weak and perhaps 
  35.     a bit disoriented, can still see the concern on his 
  36.     son's features. We might see Sisko try to reassure 
  37.     Jake with a smile and a gentle tousle of his hair.
