  7.     LOCK. After a beat, he springs the lock and is able to 
  8.     gently OPEN the doors. He goes inside ...

  10. 24   INT. QUARK'S - SECOND LEVEL (CONTINUOUS)
  11.  
  12.     Worf ENTERS and quietly moves to the railing, where he 
  13.     can observe what's going on below.
  14.  
  15. 25   WORF'S POV
  16.  
  17.     The place is empty except for Quark who is busy at the 
  18.     bar, tabulating income, checking inventory, etc.
  19.  
  20. 26   RESUME WORF
  21.  
  22.     who settles in to watch.

  24.                                     DISSOLVE TO:

  26. 27   INT. QUARK'S
  27.  
  28.     A few hours later. Worf is still watching from his 
  29.     second level perch when the Shady Alien approaches the  
  30.     door on the First Level. Quark seems to be expecting  
  31.     him, and lets him in. Worf leans forward and watches  
  32.     closely as Quark closes the door behind the Alien and  
  33.     ushers him to a table.
  34.  
  35.     After a short conversation (that neither we, nor Worf  
  36.     can hear) the Shady Alien slides a sample packet across  
  37.     the table. Quark pulls out a small instrument which  
  38.     looks like it might well be a type four microscanner,  
  39.     and begins examining the contents of the packet.
  40.  
  41.      Worf searches the room with increasing anxiety. No  
  42.     sign of Odo, or any other security.
  43.  
  44.     Quark returns the packet to the Shady Alien, nodding  
  45.     his approval. They both get up from the table, and  
  46.     shake hands. The Shady Alien EXITS, and Quark goes  
  47.     back to his work.
  48.  
  49.      Worf can't believe it -- where the hell is Odo? He  
  50.     quietly moves back toward the door on the Second Level.
