  9.     Sisko is standing behind his desk, looking out at the 
  10.     stars. The door opens and Worf ENTERS.

  13.             Lieutenant Commander Worf 
  14.             reporting for duty.
  15.  
  16.                     SISKO
  17.             It's good to have you aboard, 
  18.             commander.
  19.  
  20.                     WORF
  21.             Thank you, sir.
  22.  
  23.     Worf's bearing is very military and precise. He's 
  24.     standing at attention and Sisko realizes that he's 
  25.     waiting to be told to stand at ease.
  26.  
  27.                     SISKO 
  28.             At ease, Mister Worf.
  29.  
  30.     Worf's posture relaxes somewhat, but we can see
  31.     that he's still treating this as a formal occasion. Sisko 
  32.     tries to break the ice.

  34.                     SISKO 
  35.             I was sorry to hear about the 
  36.             Enterprise. She was a good ship.

  39.                     WORF
  40.                 (trying to be stoic) 
  41.             Yes, sir.

  43.     Sisko sees that this is not something that Worf wants 
  44.     to dwell on, and quickly changes the subject.

  46.                     SISKO 
  47.             I understand you've been on 
  48.             extended leave ...

  51.             I've been visiting the Klingon 
  52.             monastery on Boreth. I found my 
  53.             discussions with the clerics 
  54.             there... most enlightening.
