DEEP SPACE NINE: "Way... Warrior" - REV. 07/10/95 - ACT ONE 21.
20 CONTINUED: (2)
GARAK
(shrugging)
One or two. But now I can't even
get through to them.
(a beat)
I'm worried. With the destruction
of the Obsidian Order and the
threat of the Dominion, these are
unsettling times for Cardassia.
ODO
They're unsettling times for
everyone. But, if I hear
anything, I'll let you know.
GARAK
I'd appreciate that, Constable.
But throughout the above, Odo's been staring at the
Klingons on the Promenade. As he watches, they stop
and question MORN, as if challenging his right to be
there. Despite his protests, they begin searching his
duffel bag. This is the last straw for Odo, who's
clearly been bothered by the way the Klingons have been
acting.
ODO
Excuse me a moment.

23 NEW ANGLE.
As Odo gets up and crosses over to the Klingons.
Overcome with curiosity, Garak gets up and follows Odo.
As they approach the Klingons, one of them, DREX, a
wiry, arrogant young warrior, is still hassling Morn.
DREX
(to Morn)
So what is it that you do on this
station?
Before Morn can answer...
ODO
(to the Klingons)
May I help you?
Drex stares daggers at Odo.
