  24.     and pins an additional pip on Sisko's collar.

  27.             Congratulations, Captain Sisko.

  29.     Sisko smiles, and Jake gives him a hug.  The camera widens 
  30.     to reveal...

  36.     officers.  Also present is FEDERATION AMBASSADOR KRAJENSKY, 
  37.     a skilled career politician.

  39.     The senior staff immediately crowds around Sisko to offer 
  40.     their congratulations.
