  49.     The Kai looks at Sisko to see if he is deliberately insulting 
  50.     her, but Sisko's face remains neutral.

  53.             The point is, I can't let this go on 
  54.             much longer.  It embarrasses me to 
  55.             say this, but Shakaar's defiance 
  56.             seems to be catching on in some of 
  57.             the other Provinces.  I've had to 
  58.             take certain... unfortunate actions 
  59.             to maintain order.
