  20.             As soon as the topsoil in Dahkur 
  21.             Province has been restored and readied 
  22.             for planting.  Another six months.

  25.             In six months, the planting season 
  26.             in Rakantha will be over.

  29.             I realize that... and I know how 
  30.             important the Rakantha project is... 
  31.             which is why I've arranged a meeting 
  32.             between the two of you.

  38.             Yes.  To work out a compromise.  If 
  39.             you'll just hear him out and look at 
  40.             the work they've been able to 
  41.             accomplish in Dahkur in only two 
  42.             months, you'll see why this is so 
  43.             important to them.  There must be 
  44.             some way to resolve this situation 
  45.             so that both Rakantha and Dahkur can 
  46.             benefit.

  48.     Winn looks at Kira for a long moment... her face unreadable, 
  49.     but clearly thinking about something.

  52.             Did you explain to Shakaar that you 
  53.             were there on the direct authority 
  54.             of the First Minister?

  57.             Yes.  But it wouldn't have mattered 
  58.             if I were there on behalf of the 
  59.             Prophets themselves.
  60.
