  18.     Garak and Odo are stunned as they realize that Lovok is a 
  19.     changeling.

  26.             Founders' idea in the first place.  
  27.             You wanted the Tal Shiar and the 
  28.             Obsidian Order to combine forces and 
  29.             come into the Gamma Quadrant so you 
  30.             could wipe them out.

  33.             Not exactly.  Tain originated the 
  34.             plan.  But when we learned of it, we 
  35.             did everything we could to carry it 
  36.             forward.  The Tal Shiar and the 
  37.             Obsidian Order are both ruthless, 
  38.             efficient organizations -- a definite 
  39.             threat to us.

  42.             But not after today.

  45.             After today the only real threats to 
  46.             us from the Alpha Quadrant are the 
  47.             Klingons and the Federation.  And I 
  48.             doubt either of them will be a threat 
  49.             for much longer.
