  7.             Hurry.  They're right behind us.
  8.  
  9.     Sisko catches a glimpse of a Bajoran soldier.  He opens fire.  
  10.     The Bajorans return fire.
  11.  
  12. 53   INT. ORE PROCESSING CENTER (OPTICAL)
  13.  
  14.     Under heavy phaser fire, the Terrans retreat into the Ore 
  15.     Processing Room.  One of them gets hit in the doorway.  Sisko, 
  16.     the last man in, drags the wounded Terran to safety.
  17.  
  18.                     SISKO
  19.                 (shouting, to O'Brien)
  20.             Smiley, seal the doors.
  21.  
  22.     But the room is full of phaser fire and O'Brien's having a 
  23.     tough time staying alive, let alone reaching the door 
  24.     controls.
  25.  
  26.                     O'BRIEN
  27.                 (to himself)
  28.             Easy for you to say.
  29.  
  30.     But O'Brien makes a lunge for the controls and the doors 
  31.     begin to seal.  With one last burst of energy, Sisko manages 
  32.     to get the wounded Terran inside the Processing Center just 
  33.     as the doors close behind him.
  34.  
  35.     Sisko joins Jennifer.
  36.  
  37.                     SISKO
  38.                 (to Jennifer)
  39.             I'll get you out of this, I promise.
  40.  
  41.                     JENNIFER
  42.                 (simply)
  43.             I believe you.
  44.  
  45.     A moment passes between them.  It's brief, but for the first 
  46.     time since Sisko met this Jennifer, some of her hard veneer 
  47.     slips away.
  48.  
  49.     Sisko moves to a control panel, where he's joined by O'Brien.

  51.                     O'BRIEN
  52.                 (aside, to Sisko)
  53.             Captain, I don't know what you're up 
  54.             to, but there's no way out of this 
  55.             place except through that door.
