  36.     Suddenly the Interface terminal BUZZES.  Everyone freezes... 
  37.     stares at it.

  43.     Webb activates the Interface Terminal.  A woman's face appears 
  44.     on screen -- DETECTIVE PRESTON.  She's standing by a military 
  45.     style truck just outside the sanctuary gate.

  48.             Mister Webb, I'm Detective Preston 
  49.             of the S.F.P.D...
  50.  
  51.     Webb is not entirely able to keep the anger from his voice.

  54.             Did you shut off our access to the 
  55.             Interface?

  57.     Preston's tone is measured, reasonable -- she's trying to 
  58.     cool the situation off.
  59.
