  18. 35   EXT. SANCTUARY DISTRICT "A" APARTMENT BUILDING -

  21.     Sisko and Bashir return to the building where they were 
  22.     turned away the night before.  There's a new group of 
  23.     guards on the stairs, but the guards from the night 
  24.     before are sitting nearby, eating their breakfasts.  
  25.     The head Stairway Guard spots Sisko and Bashir 
  26.     approaching the building.

  28.                     STAIRWAY GUARD
  29.             Not you two again.  I told you, we 
  30.             don't have any room.

  32.                     SISKO
  33.             We're not looking to stay.  All we 
  34.             want is to go up on the roof and 
  35.             take a look around.

  37.                     STAIRWAY GUARD
  38.             It doesn't matter what you want.  
  39.             You can't come in.  We've got to 
  40.             protect what's ours.

  42.                     BASHIR
  43.             Look, maybe we can make a deal.  
  44.             Isn't there something we can trade 
  45.             to get access to your building?

  47.                     STAIRWAY GUARD
  48.             I don't know.  What do you have to 
  49.             offer?

  51.     There's a beat as Sisko and Bashir realize they don't really 
  52.     have anything.
