  23.             have to create that sort of elaborate 
  24.             cover up?

  27.             We wondered about that ourselves... 
  28.             what was it about Joran that had to 
  29.             be hidden at all cost -- the fact 
  30.             that he never should have been 
  31.             selected as a host?  No, that simple 
  32.             error in judgement wouldn't be enough, 
  33.             would it?  It had to be something 
  34.             more... something that would shake 
  35.             the very foundation of your society.

  37.     Bashir turns away from the diagnostic bed to address Renhol.

  40.             Tell me, Doctor... how many of your 
  41.             people are suitable for joining?

  44.             I don't see how that's relevant.

  47.             I understand the percentage is very 
  48.             low -- perhaps one in a thousand?

  50.     Renhol sees that Bashir is going to keep asking until she
