  13.     begins whipping, a little tentatively.

  17.             Keep it smooth.  That's right... 
  18.             it's all in the wrist.

  20.     Odo starts to get the hang of it, gets a rhythm going.  Sisko 
  21.     smiles, and Odo can't help but smile back.  Sisko turns the 
  22.     fish in the skillet and starts expertly chopping something.

  25.             Where'd you learn to do that?

  28.             I used to work summers at my father's 
  29.             restaurant in New Orleans.

  31.                     KIRA
  32.             What are we having?  It smells 
  33.             delicious.

  36.             Blackened redfish... with creamed 
  37.             spinach and sauteed beets.

  39.     Bashir responds with a notable lack of enthusiasm.
