  18.             They're already meeting with 
  19.             representatives from the Federation 
  20.             Council and a dozen other Alpha 
  21.             Quadrant alliances.  We're hoping to 
  22.             have a treaty signed within a matter 
  23.             of days.  And we have you to thank 
  24.             for it.

  30.             who deserve most of the credit.
