  10.             This trial is to demonstrate the 
  11.             futility of behavior contrary to 
  12.             good order.  Everyone will find it 
  13.             most uplifting.

  19.             Once again, justice will prevail.  
  20.             Our lives will be reaffirmed safe 
  21.             and secure.  Here on Cardassia, all 
  22.             crimes are solved.  All criminals 
  23.             are punished.  All endings are happy.  
  24.             Even the poorest of our citizens can 
  25.             walk the streets in the dead of night 
  26.             in perfect safety.  You are only one 
  27.             man, but your conviction will be a 
  28.             salutary experience for millions.
