  12.     and begins escorting the unprotesting Kubus to the Security 
  13.     Office.

  17.     To reveal Vedek Winn... who has observed the entire 
  18.     confrontation.  She watches Kubus with contempt.

  20. 28   CLOSE ON KUBUS

  22.     Who takes note of Winn as Odo leads him away.  And as the 
  23.     crowd swallows Kubus up...
