  33.     Worf roughly escorts Bashir away with one of the two Klingons.

  37.     As they exit the airlock... and Kira reacts as they see a 
  38.     different Promenade... dominated by uniformed Bajorans, 
  39.     Klingons and Cardassians... there are humans and a few 
  40.     scattered Vulcans but there is no suggestion of Starfleet... 
  41.     these humans are mine workers and common laborers... dirty, 
  42.     pathetic victims of oppression... they have their own 
  43.     ghetto area of the Promenade like the Bajorans used to... 
  44.     although they move back and forth to airlocks and turbolifts 
  45.     as they do their work...

  51.     She looks to the voice and we reveal GARAK coming, another 
  52.     Klingon deputy holding a wretched and frightened HUMAN MAN 
  53.     in his custody... Garak pauses as he blinks at the sight of 
  54.     the two Kiras... There is a tension between Kira II and 
  55.     Garak... they don't like each other...
