  27.             even a Vulcan can understand.  The 
  28.             Central Command has been caught red-
  29.             handed smuggling weapons to their 
  30.             settlers.  So from now on, every 
  31.             ship approaching the Demilitarized 
  32.             Zone will be searched.  Without the 
  33.             support of the Central Command, the 
  34.             Cardassian settlers won't be so eager 
  35.             to fight.

  43.             weapons... everyone has weapons.  
  44.             But right now, no one has a clear 
  45.             advantage.  So the price of peace is 
  46.             at an all-time low.  This is the 
  47.             perfect time to sit down and hammer 
  48.             out an agreement.  Don't you get 
  49.             it... attacking the Cardassians now 
  50.             will only escalate the conflict and 
  51.             make peace more expensive in the 
  52.             long run.  Now I ask you, is that 
  53.             logical?
