  10.     turns and confronts Garak.

  13.             All right, Garak, you mind telling 
  14.             me why a Cardassian warship is 
  15.             threatening my station?
  16.  
  17.                     GARAK
  18.             No one is threatening you.  The 
  19.             Central Command merely wants to make 
  20.             sure that they have your undivided 
  21.             attention.

  23.                     SISKO
  24.             Well, they have it.  I assume this 
  25.             has something to do with Professor 
  26.             Lang and her students?
  27.  
  28.                     GARAK
  29.             "Students" is a rather benign term 
  30.             for them.  "Terrorists" would be 
  31.             more accurate.  The Cardassian 
  32.             government would very much like Hogue 
  33.             and Rekelen returned home immediately.
  34.  
  35.                     SISKO
  36.             They haven't committed any crimes 
  37.             here.  As long as they're on my 
  38.             station, they're free to do whatever 
  39.             they want.

  41.                     GARAK
  42.             This is all very embarrassing, 
  43.             Commander.  The Central Command would 
  44.             hate to see the Federation pulled 
  45.             into such an insignificant and purely 
  46.             internal affair.

  49.             I would hardly call it insignificant.  
  50.             Judging from the behavior of that 
  51.             ship out there, it appears the Central 
  52.             Command considers Hogue and Rekelen 
  53.             to be extremely dangerous.
