  23.     Keiko nods slightly, with a tentative glimmer of hope...

  25. 41A  INT. MILITARY COMMAND CENTER

  27.     Bashir has a few parts from the companel scattered on the 
  28.     console.  He's checking a transceiver assembly.  In the b.g., 
  29.     O'Brien now sits on the floor propped against the crate.  He 
  30.     has the blanket from before around his shoulders.  As he 
  31.     watches Bashir through half-mast eyes, his breathing is slow 
  32.     and audible.

  34.                     BASHIR
  35.             You were right, Chief... the contacts 
  36.             on the subprocessor are corroded...
  37.  
  38.                     O'BRIEN
  39.                 (a little raspy)
  40.             They need to be cleaned...

  42.                     BASHIR
  43.             I think there's some sterile pads in 
  44.             the med kit...
  45.  
  46.     Bashir crosses to the kit, rummages through it briefly, comes 
  47.     out with an enclosed sterile pad...
  48.  
  49.                     BASHIR
  50.             Here we go.

  52.     Returning to the console, he tears the pack open, takes out 
  53.     the sterile pad, begins cleaning the contacts... he glances 
  54.     at O'Brien, who looks like he's fading...
