  13.     Four humanoids MATERIALIZE, huddled together in befuddlement 
  14.     and fear... their garb is scruffy, their dark skin an off-
  15.     putting mass of lumps and eczema-like scales.  A teenage 
  16.     male (TUMAK), gripping a wounded hand, is hugged by an older 
  17.     female (HANEEK), while two other males (GAI and COWL) cower 
  18.     in the b.g.

  22.             Federation of Planets.  You've just 
  23.             been beamed onto a Bajoran space 
  24.             station.  We don't mean you any 
  25.             harm...

  32.     fearful, vulnerable, yet almost imploring...
