  4. 27   ANOTHER CORRIDOR
  5.  
  6.     finds the chair at a doorway without a ramp... moves by it... 
  7.     reacts as she sees --
  8.  
  9. 28   ANGLE - MELORA
  10.  
  11.     lying on the ground at the entrance to a tiny supply room... 
  12.     (there's another lip without a ramp at the room's entrance 
  13.     that she tripped on)... her mechanical control is caught in 
  14.     some kind of loop, so her leg is slowly flailing 
  15.     uncontrollably... at the same time, she is trying desperately 
  16.     to get off the ground, but just can't do it... the effect is 
  17.     like a robotic toy that has fallen over but keeps running... 
  18.     she has a serious bruise on her forehead... Dax moves quickly 
  19.     to her... Melora's eyes glance up to see her...
  20.  
  21.                     DAX
  22.             We've got to get you to the 
  23.             Infirmary...
  24.  
  25.     She switches off the wrist control panel which stops the 
  26.     flailing leg but makes Melora almost completely helpless... 
  27.     Dax begins to help her up... it's all humiliating for 
  28.     Melora... she leans heavily on the cane with one arm, but 
  29.     requires Dax's support on the other side as they move to the 
  30.     wheelchair...
  31.  
  32.                     MELORA
  33.                 (breathing heavily, 
  34.                 agonizing)
  35.             It's my own fault... I decided... I 
  36.             could use an extra astrometric array 
  37.             after going through the mission 
  38.             profile again... I came to the storage 
  39.             bay to get one... my mind was already 
  40.             in the Gamma Quadrant... I wasn't... 
  41.             paying enough attention to what I 
  42.             was doing... I guess my boot... didn't 
  43.             make the lip of the door... I fell 
  44.             on my controls...
  45.  
  46.     They get to the chair and she collapses with relief into 
  47.     it... Dax hits her combadge...
  48.  
  49.                     DAX
  50.             Dax to Bashir.  Ensign Pazlar's had 
  51.             a minor accident.  We need to see 
  52.             you in the Infirmary.
  53.  
  54.                     BASHIR'S COM VOICE
  55.             Acknowledged.  I'll be there in three 
  56.             minutes.
