  19.     to irate Bajoran passengers who want on... occasionally, an 
  20.     alien or a human is allowed into the airlock (including 
  21.     Morn)... which only increases the walla from the others who 
  22.     have been unable to board... people begin to wave their hands 
  23.     at Sisko, he tries to yell over their voices...

  47.     charismatic power.  They begin to quiet down... After a beat
