  6.     Before Sisko can respond, the tension is cut by the arrival 
  7.     of an upbeat QUARK, who carries a tray of drinks which he 
  8.     distributes around the table.

  10.                     QUARK
  11.             Let's see, one glass of Gamzian wine, 
  12.             two Bajoran synthales...
  13.                 (to Varis)
  14.             And a Trixian bubble juice for the 
  15.             little lady.
  16.  
  17.     Varis grabs the glass and, rising, splashes the contents in 
  18.     Quark's face.
  19.  
  20.                     VARIS
  21.             I'm not a little lady.
  22.  
  23.     She storms away.  Quark wipes his face then turns to Sisko.
  24.  
  25.                     QUARK
  26.             I'm still charging her for that drink.
  27.  
  28.     But Sisko and Kira have other concerns.

  30. 12   INT. PROMENADE - SECOND LEVEL

  32.     JAKE and NOG are seated at their usual spot.  Jake is wearing 
  33.     a baseball glove.

  35.                     JAKE
  36.             Nog, we've been sitting here over an 
  37.             hour.  Let's go play some ball in 
  38.             the Holosuite.
  39.  
  40.                     NOG
  41.             No.
  42.  
  43.                     JAKE
  44.             Why not?
  45.  
  46.                     NOG
  47.             Because baseball is slow and boring...

  49.                     JAKE
  50.             And you can't hit my curve ball.

  53.             It's a stupid game that even humans 
  54.             stopped playing hundreds of years
