  10.     object under magnification is a mixture of crystalline 
  11.     lattices and moving cellular structures.

  14.             It's an amalgam of organic material 
  15.             and some sort of crystal.

  18.             You mean it's alive?

  21.             More or less.  It's almost like a 
  22.             transitional stage between organic 
  23.             and inorganic matter.  I've only 
  24.             seen one life form that even remotely 
  25.             resembles it.

  32.     and gives it back to Odo.
