  13.             Oatmeal lumpy again?

  15.                     JAKE
  16.             Nah, just not hungry.

  18.     An awkward moment of silence.  Sisko figures this is a good 
  19.     opportunity to bridge the gap with his son.

  22.                 (offhand)
  23.             Want to talk about it?

  25.     A beat as Jake considers, then --

  28.             It's Nog.  His father's pulled him 
  29.             out of school.
