  35.             Dax, a female; but to the now deceased 
  36.             Curzon Dax, a male.

  39.             thirty years ago.

  42.             You're arguing semantics.  This 
  43.             creature is a Trill.  The symboint 
  44.             known as Dax has progressed from one 
  45.             host to the next.

  49.             A different host; a different person.  
  50.             So I submit that the person he wants 
  51.             to extradite no longer exists.  And 
  52.             I challenge him to prove otherwise.
