  40.             form of aphasia.  It's a perceptual 
  41.             dysfunction in which aural and visual 
  42.             stimuli are incorrectly processed by 
  43.             the brain.  His actual thinking hasn't 
  44.             been affected.  But he's incapable 
  45.             of expressing himself or understanding 
  46.             others.
