  14.     He nods, unable to speak... she moves closer...

  16.                     JENNIFER ALIEN
  17.             It is not linear.
  18.  
  19.     And of course it is so simple in its truth...

  21.                     SISKO
  22.             No.  It's not... linear.
  23.  
  24.     Sisko gently places down the hand of his dead wife... 
  25.     and as he accepts that this is really the end of their 
  26.     life together, tears roll down his cheeks, and he 
  27.     begins to truly grieve his loss.  After a beat, he 
  28.     stands, turns... and Jennifer alien is no longer there.
  29.     He understands, exchanges a meaningful look with the remaining 
  30.     three aliens (Tactical officer, Opaka, and Jake).  In this 
  31.     moment, two species have finally come to understand one 
  32.     another... to learn from one another... it is the end to the 
  33.     conflict... and the beginning of a shared future.  There is 
  34.     something of a compassionate smile from Jake alien that seals 
  35.     it... and as Sisko returns his smile with an appreciation 
  36.     for what they've done...
