  10.     Sisko and O'Brien ENTER from a Turbolift... the multi-tiered 
  11.     facility lined with computer and life-support systems, 
  12.     tactical controls, a master communications panel and 
  13.     transporter pad.  It is in disarray... panels are open... 
  14.     noticeable gaps appear where machinery has been removed... 
  15.     conduits hang out of panels... several Bajorans and a couple 
  16.     of Starfleet supernumeraries are busily working on various 
  17.     repairs... A beat as they move deeper inside, Sisko looking 
  18.     around...

  20.                     O'BRIEN
  21.             I'd like to ask the designer what he 
  22.             was thinking about when they built 
  23.             this place... I still haven't been 
  24.             able to find an O-D-N access... that's 
  25.             the Prefect's office up there...

  27.     Sisko looks up...

  31.     The office is on the mezzanine with a balcony like Mussolini 
  32.     might have designed for himself... Sisko shakes his head...

  36.             respect.  Cardassian architecture.

  52.             are stuck at thirty-two "C"...  we're 
  53.             working on it.
