  3. ----- USING THE DXF GRAPHICS -----

  5. DXF files can be loaded directly into an open
  6. ProCAD window on the Archimedes or AUTOCAD (on
  7. a PC of course!). They can be converted for 
  8. use on WORRACAD on the Arc by dropping the
  9. file on to Translate (Version 1.08 or later).
  10. The resulting CAD file can be dropped on to
  11. the WORRACAD program icon.

  14. Most of the DXF files do not contain textual
  15. information normally found in the Draw 
  16. versions. We found that in converting from
  17. the smaller Draw files any graphics 
  18. containing text became inordinately large.
  19. The other option was to redo the text 
  20. whilst in either ProCAD or WORRACAD - one
  21. which was not considered for long!
