  21.         cover panels are made of an acrylic/PVC alloy in 4
  22.         ft. by 8 ft. sheets and in three standard gages.

  24.         exposed side to soften glare and light reflection.
  25.         A complete range of matching accessories provide a
  26.         completely coordinated look.

  94. 1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE

  100. 1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
  101.  
  102.     A.  Deliver to project site in manufacturer's packaging,
  103.         properly labeled.

  105.     B.  Store materials flat in a clean, dry area.

  107. 1.8 ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  109.     A.  Maintain storage temperature at or above 50 degrees F.

  111.     B.  Acclimatize materials and bring surfaces to receive wall
  112.         covering to a temperature between 65 and 85 degrees F for
  113.         not less than 24 hours prior to installation.

  115.     C.  Maintain relative humidity at 80 percent or less during
  116.         installation.

  118.     D.  Do nor expose walls to direct sunlight for 48 hours after
  119.         installation.

  165. 2.3 ACCESSORIES
  166.  
  167.     A.  Provide all necessary trim members in high-impact
  168.         acrylic/polyvinyl chloride matching wall covering except
  169.         as otherwise indicated.  Provide the following in
  170.         standard lengths:
  171.         1.  Top caps:  "J" molding.
  172.         2.  Joint covers:  "H" divider.
  173.         3.  Inside corners.
  174.         4.  Outside corners.

  180. PART 3  EXECUTION
  181.  
  182. 3.1 PREPARATION
  183.  
  184.     A.  Verify that walls are in proper condition to receive
  185.         installation of high impact wall covering.
  186.  
  187.     B.  Verify that environmental conditions specified in PART 1
  188.         have been achieved and can be maintained.
  189.  
  190.     C.  Review manufacturer's written Installation Instructions
  191.         and/or Instructional Video prior to proceeding with
  192.         installation.

  194. 3.2 INSTALLATION
  195.  
  196.     A.  Install high impact wall covering in full compliance with
  197.         manufacturer's installation instructions.
  198.  
  199.     B.  Apply two coats of adhesive to wall surfaces and one coat
  200.         to back of wall covering.  Adhesive must be dry and tacky
  201.         to the touch before panels are placed.
  202.  
  203.     C.  Install panels with expansion gap of 1/16 inch between
  204.         sheets, at door frames, baseboards, and other fixed
  205.         elements.  Cut oversized holes when installing fixtures
  206.         through wall covering.
  207.  
  208. 3.3 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING
  209.  
  210.     A.  Verify that sheets and accessories are level and plumb
  211.         and rigidly secured to substrate;  make any adjustments
  212.         required.
  213.  
  214.     B.  Clean wall covering and accessories of adhesive and other
  215.         surface blemishes, using materials and methods
  216.         recommended by manufacturer.  Remove from project site
  217.         packaging and debris caused by installation.
