  109. 1.6 WARRANTY

  114.         to new owner; warranty to include, for the first five
  115.         years of warranty period, reimbursement for labor costs
  116.         incurred in removing defective vent and installing vent
  117.         replacement, in addition to the replacement product
  118.         itself.
