  14.         exit or rescue, or for mechanical equipment access.
  15.         Looking like an ordinary drainpipe when closed, a
  16.         quarter turn of a handle deploys a 2-foot-wide
  17.         industrial strength ladder with slip-resistant
  18.         rungs and a safety rail.  A Jomy balcony is
  19.         available to supplement access to the ladder where
  20.         required.
